What items are eligible for return?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging with tags attached
What items are not eligable for return?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Sale items
- For hygiene purposes the following items are not eligible for return:
- Hair Accessories
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited
- Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields of and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will my return be processed?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a store credit. If your item is returned due to manufacturing fault you will be issued with a refund or 110% store credit.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and items purchased. Quality checks are conducted on all items prior to despatch; however, should something be missed at this stage and your order is delivered with a fault we will happily offer you a refund or a store credit to 115% of the item value.
