We hope you have fallen in love with your items, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ll happily refund/credit your purchase for you.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Products purchased online from Pink Venom can be returned at any time by the customer within 14 days with proof of purchase; for a store credit, exchange (pending availability) or refund;
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Must be unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging with tags attached

What items are not eligible for return?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Sale items
  • For hygiene purposes the following items are not eligible for return:
    • Cosmetics
    • Hair Accessories
    • Hats
    • Earrings
    • Swimwear
    • Lingerie

Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited
  • Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges

How do I return?

  1. Download a return form 
  2. Complete the form and send back with your return item to:

How soon will my return be processed?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If your return is approved, you will be issued with a refund or store credit within 48 hours.

Faulty Item

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience and items purchased. Quality checks are conducted on all items prior to despatch; however, should something be missed at this stage and your order is delivered with a fault we will happily offer you a refund.

Please send photos of the item that clearly identify the fault to info@pinkvenom.com.au
